Book, track, label, and cancel DTDC shipments from inside CS-Cart
This add-on connects your CS-Cart store to DTDC Express, one of India’s largest carrier networks. You and your vendors can create shipments, track them, print labels, and cancel them — all from inside your CS-Cart admin panel, with no need to sign in to DTDC for every order.
Built for marketplaces, it works at full scale: every vendor can use their own DTDC account, so each seller ships under their own contract and rates. The add-on works standalone; paired with the CartModules: Advanced Shipping System foundation add-on you also get per-vendor credentials (Multi-Vendor editions only), multi-box shipment support, and centralized carrier status mapping shared across every installed carrier add-on.

DTDC offers a single standard service in the add-on. Actual delivery speed and routing depend on your DTDC contract and the destination — DTDC routes the shipment internally based on the pickup and drop pincodes.
How It Works
- Install this add-on (and the Advanced Shipping System foundation for the smoothest experience)
- Add a DTDC shipping method in CS-Cart and fill in your DTDC login details
- When a customer picks DTDC at checkout, the order is placed as normal
- From the order page, click Create shipment to book it with DTDC
- DTDC returns a tracking number (AWB), which is saved on the shipment
- Use the shipment buttons to refresh tracking, download a label, or cancel
Requirements
- CS-Cart Store Builder or Multi-Vendor (single or multiple storefronts) 4.6.3 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher (tested up to PHP 8.3)
- A DTDC account with API access (API Key, Tracking token, Customer Code)
- Recommended: CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager (the per-vendor credentials feature requires CS-Cart Multi-Vendor)
Installation
- Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip file
- Activate the addon and enter the license key
- (Recommended) install CartModules: Smart Shipping & Fulfillment Manager first, then go to Shipping & Taxes > Shipping methods, add a method, pick DTDC and DTDC Standard, and enter your DTDC login details (see Configuration)

In Multi-Vendor with per-vendor credentials enabled, each vendor enters their own DTDC login on their company profile. Available shipment actions: Update Tracking, Download A4 Label, Download 4x6 Label, and Cancel Shipment.
