Refund Policy

This document outlines the refund policy of CartModules (Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), hereinafter referred to as the "Company," for the sale of software and services through the website https://www.cartmodules.com or https://marketplace.cs-cart.com/esteplogic-it-solutions-pvt.-ltd..html, hereinafter referred to as the "Site." It details the rights of users who purchase software (modules) or services from the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Customer" or "Customers"), as well as any restrictions and exceptions that apply to their purchases. By placing an order (purchasing software or services), the Customer acknowledges their agreement with the terms of this document.

The Company is not liable for the compatibility of its products with any other software or versions not listed on the product page.

While the Company strives to address customer concerns and avoid refund requests, if a Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the software or service, they may request a refund under the conditions outlined below.

Custom-Developed Modifications

Before payment, the Customer must review the technical assignment provided by the Company. By making payment, the Customer confirms that the technical assignment meets their requirements.

A refund for a modification or design project is possible, but the Company will charge a cancellation fee. If the Customer requests a refund before work begins, a 20% cancellation fee of the total project cost will apply, with the remaining 80% refunded. If a refund is requested after work has commenced, the cancellation fee will be based on the amount of work already completed.

Software

Customers can review the product description on the product's detailed page and try a demo, if available.

CS-Cart and Multi-Vendor Software (Any Version)

The CS-Cart refund policy does not allow for refunds on discounted software. As such, refunds for the CS-Cart platform purchased from our Company are not available.

Add-ons Sold by CartModules (Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.)

Refunds for modules developed by CartModules (Esteplogic IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) are available within 30 days of the purchase date, but only for the first license purchased. Refunds for subsequent licenses are not available. This policy applies to each module individually.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected], including the reason for the request. Refund decisions will be made within 1-3 business days. If a refund is granted, the Customer must delete the software (modules) and all associated files, and they must not use them for any purpose, refund amount will be credited within 6-8 business days to your original payment mode.
