Requirements

  • CS-Cart or Multi-Vendor 4.x
  • PHP 7.1 or higher
  • PayHere merchant account with API credentials (Merchant ID, Merchant Secret)

How It Works

  1. Customer selects PayHere at checkout and clicks "Place Order"
  2. The addon builds a secure form with MD5-hashed parameters and submits it to PayHere
  3. Customer completes payment on the PayHere hosted checkout page
  4. PayHere sends a server-to-server callback with the payment result and MD5 signature
  5. The addon verifies the signature and updates the order status automatically
  6. Customer is redirected back to your store's order confirmation page

  • eZcash (Dialog mobile wallet)
  • mCash (Mobitel mobile wallet)
  • Genie (Dialog mobile wallet)
  • Frimi (mobile wallet)
  • Bank transfers

Installation

  1. Go to Add-ons > Manage add-ons, click Manual installation, and upload the addon zip
  2. Activate the addon and enter the license key
  3. Go to Administration > Payment methods and create a new payment method
  4. Select "PayHere Payment Gateway" as the processor
  5. Enter your Merchant ID and Merchant Secret from the PayHere merchant dashboard
  6. Select the currency and configure order status mappings as desired
  7. Save and test with sandbox mode before going live

Country & Currency

This addon is designed for merchants in Sri Lanka and supports LKR (Sri Lankan Rupee) as the primary currency. International currencies USD, EUR, GBP, and AUD are also supported depending on your PayHere merchant account configuration.
